There has been SO MUCH going on in my life lately, and i haven't updated one thing about it in a very long time...but dont worry, ill get to that soon.

So this was my view while in downtown Des Moines last night. The entire sky was overtaken by some be-a-utiful fog, completely owning the city. It was gorgeous and that was one of my favorite photos of the night. Today Ivy and I went and got coffee at this nice little coffee shop and i entered a contest to win a sweeeet black moped, i hope i win so bad. It was awesome. We took quite a few photos, had a nice long chat, read the paper...it was a very peaceful sunday morning. I enjoy my life quite a bit when im around her. Its been a pretty content weekend. Ivy is also moving Yet AGAIN, to a new apartment away from downtown. Its a much quieter, bigger place on the outskirts of downtown so you know what that means...new des moines blogs will have to occur! woo hoo! I hope to get a couple new galleries up this week, im going to get a sub sandwich before we hit the road...see you all at home!

So thats riiiiiiight! Im officially of legal age for all that life has to offer. Gambling. Drinking. The Lottery. Getting into ALLLL of the hottest and exclusive clubs throughout the world. I mean really, the possibilities are endless folks! haha, in all seriousness though i had one of the most wonderful birthdays a 21 year old could ask for though. I got to spend it with my closest family and friends, we had such a nice dinner put together by the greatest co-workers ever, Jake and I dominated the blackjack table at the casino all night and oh it just could not have been better! I have a small handful of photos to share with everyone, however the weekend is not over yet so theres still more festivities to occur. I just wanted to pop in and thank everyone so so much for all the wishes and nice things everyone said and let everyone know how great of a birthday weekend im having! Check back for my birthday gallery early next week!
